Our Commitment
BTS Outdoor Solutions & More is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience of our website and aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
We believe that all visitors — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology — deserve a clear, navigable, and fully functional website experience.
Conformance Status
We aim to achieve WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance on all pages of this website. We are working toward full conformance and regularly review the site to identify and address accessibility barriers.
Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features on our website:
- Semantic HTML5 structure — proper use of headings (H1–H3 hierarchy), ARIA landmarks, lists, and structural elements for screen reader compatibility
- Skip-to-content link — allows keyboard users to bypass navigation and jump directly to main content; visible on keyboard focus
- ARIA labels and landmarks — descriptive labels on interactive elements and ARIA landmarks (
nav, main, footer) for navigation regions - Full keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields, menus) are operable using a keyboard alone
- Visible focus indicators — clear visual focus outlines on all interactive elements when navigating with a keyboard or other non-pointer input device
- WCAG AA color contrast — minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text, verified against our brand color palette
- Descriptive alt text — all informational images include descriptive alternative text; decorative images use empty
alt="" - Responsive zoom up to 200% — content remains usable and readable when browser zoom is set to 200%, without loss of content or horizontal scrolling
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query — all CSS animations and transitions are disabled or substantially reduced for users who prefer reduced motion at the OS or browser level- Form labels associated with inputs — all form fields have programmatically associated visible labels using floating label patterns
- Required field indicators — required form fields are clearly identified for all users, not relying on color alone
- Consistent navigation — navigation structure is consistent across all pages, with active page indicated via
aria-current="page" - Mobile accessibility — mobile navigation includes
aria-expandedstate on the toggle button and full keyboard operability
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website may not be fully accessible at this time:
- Third-party embedded content: Embedded content such as Google Maps may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. These limitations originate with the third-party provider. We are working to mitigate these where possible.
- Legacy PDFs or documents: Any downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. If you need an accessible version of a document, please contact us and we will provide it in an alternative format.
Assistive Technologies Supported
Our website is tested for compatibility with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse)
- High-contrast display modes
- Browser zoom up to 200%
