We confirm concrete age and cure status before scheduling. New concrete requires 28 days minimum. Previously sealed concrete is assessed for adhesion compatibility.
Surface is thoroughly cleaned (pressure washed or chemically cleaned) and completely dried. Failed or peeling sealer is stripped with chemical stripper or grinder.
All expansion joints are routed, cleaned, and filled with flexible polyurethane sealant color-matched to your concrete. This step prevents freeze-thaw water entry.
Two thin coats applied by sprayer or roller. First coat opens pores; second coat provides surface film. We monitor drying conditions between coats.
